The Research and Insights Team in a Fortune 500 Company, in collaboration with Voxpopme, embarked on a research project to understand the perceptions of workers on the use of AI tools at work. The project, which used Voxpopme's video surveys and AI Insights tool, was a testament to the power of qualitative research and AI in shaping strategic business decisions.

What was the problem?

The team wanted to understand how workers perceive and use AI tools at work. However, traditional research methods could not provide the depth and speed needed to capture and analyze the nuanced insights from hundreds of respondents.

Together with Voxpopme, the company launched a research project that used video surveys to gather data from over 600 respondents.
